Paste Paper Recipe There are hundreds of different ways to make paste paper here are just a few possibilities. Cornstarch recipe Paste Paper Glue Supplies Needed : half cup cornstarch 3 cups water 1 teaspoon liquid dish detergent half teaspoon glycerin (optional) Instructions : 1. Place the cornstarch in a saucepan. 2. Add a little water and stir. 3. Put saucepan on medium heat. 4. Add in remaining water. 5. Stir constantly while heating until the content becomes like thin custard. 6. Remove from heat. 6. Add the liquid dish detergent and glycerin. This will keep the paste smooth and pliable. 7. Put aside to cool. 8. Pour through a sieve to assure that the paste is smooth and not lumpy. 9. Cover and leave overnight. The glue will thicken when left overnight. Just remove the thin layer that formed on top of the glue and add different color acrylic paint; one color in each plastic cup.
